Giving the award a lively face with motion spots and designer interviews

Topawards Asia is design award that honors outstanding packaging across Asia — selected not by entry, but by merit. While at GTDI, I was involved in refreshing the identity of the award to better match its creative influence.

I introduced motion graphics and digital content to modernize the award’s expression, and led the production of three video interviews with award-winning designers. Despite limited resources, I directed, filmed, and edited the series — helping to bring the designers’ voices and stories to the forefront. These efforts not only elevated the brand’s visibility but also strengthened its network in the Japanese creative scene.
