Equipping the local government with a simple playbook to help the town share, test, and learn

Building on Proto Ozora’s momentum, the second phase “Ozora Life” focused on strengthening the town government’s Instagram presence. I created a concise playbook and visual guidelines inspired by Ozora’s skies, snowy fields, and close-knit community. The guidelines cover profile setup, grid layout, color palette, typography, caption style, and story templates so that every post – whether capturing a sunrise over frozen lakes or a local festival – feels authentic and on brand. Town staffs learned to apply these guidelines in everyday posts without outside assistance.
